Bongkoch "Bee" Satongun is a native Thai chef and restaurateur. She is known for her landmark restaurant, Paste Bangkok, which received a Michelin star. Chef Bee has expanded the Paste brand to neighboring Laos and recently opened a third venue in Mittagong, Australia.

His signature dish, Pigeon and Polenta, showcases what would be an Italian peasant dish. One with locally farmed ingredients, using an inexpensive and accessible bird with a zero-waste approach.

The story of Cass Bennett and her diagnoses with an Astrocytoma - an uncurable brain tumour. Cass recounts the day she found out she had less than 5 years to live and talks through the challenges of her symptoms, her family and establishing the Survivorship Diary to help other brain cancer patients.

Odyssey Films and Mountain Gear collaborated with climbers Gordon Broome and Jamie Spencer who took to the vertical cliff at Sublime Point in the Blue Mountains, NSW. Free climbing is a form of rock climbing where ropes and hooks are used to secure the climber from falling at certain intervals, but not to assist in progress up the cliff.
